Wacław Wąsowicz (born August 25, 1891 in Warsaw, died October 6, 1942 therein) was a Polish painter and printmaker.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://culture.pl/pl/tworca/waclaw-wasowicz )〕 Wacław Wasowicz studied art with Wojciech Gerson (1909-1910), afterwards he studied at the School of Fine Arts in Warsaw (1911-1914), where he was taught by Ignacy Pieńkowski.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://es.artprice.com/artista/107239/waclaw-wasowicz/lote/past/1/Pintura/1680128/portrait-de-janina-raabe )〕 He had also studied at the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, where he was a student of Jacek Malczewski (1914).
